Service Description
Permanent eyeshadow the most artistic practice of permanent eye makeup. This is a combination of soft eyeliner and shadow. What makes permanent eyeshadow so fabulous is that like other permanent makeup procedures it cut down on makeup, stays fresh and crisp looking day and night, never smears, or wears off. Permanent eyeshadow is intended to give you gentle tones that give you that “every day” made-up look. It is best to choose neutral or soft shades that can be worn at any time of day.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings: Deposits: A deposit is required when booking appointments. This deposit will be applied to your final bill on the day of your service. Perfection Beauty Spa will not accept appointments without a deposit. Confirmation: Clients MUST confirm their appointments 24 hours prior to their start time. A notification via text message and email will be sent to clients for confirmation. Clients who do not confirm their appointment will automatically have their appointments cancelled and deposits forfeited. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment prior to the "24-hour notice period" without a penalty to their deposit. Any additional reschedules after the allowable "ONE reschedule" will result in a 100% forfeit of the deposit. Tardiness: Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their deposit and need to reschedule. We kindly ask that if you anticipate a late arrival, please notify Beauty Bliss or your artist as soon as you can. Cancellations: Cancellations prior to the "24-hour notice period" are ALLOWED, and all deposits will be REFUNDED. Cancellations in the "24-hour notice period", will result in a 100% forfeit of the deposit. No-Shows: Any no-shows on the day of the appointment will result in a 100% forfeit of the deposit.
