Cancellation Policy
Bookings: Deposits: A deposit is required when booking appointments. This deposit will be applied to your final bill on the day of your service. Perfection Beauty Spa will not accept appointments without a deposit. ​ Confirmation: Clients MUST confirm their appointments 24 hours prior to their start time. A notification via text message and email will be sent to clients for confirmation. Clients who do not confirm their appointment will automatically have their appointments cancelled and deposits forfeited. ​ Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment prior to the "24-hour notice period" without a penalty to their deposit. Any additional reschedules after the allowable "ONE reschedule" will result in a 100% forfeit of the deposit. ​ Tardiness: Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their deposit and need to reschedule. We kindly ask that if you anticipate a late arrival, please notify Beauty Bliss or your artist as soon as you can. ​ Cancellations: Cancellations prior to the "24-hour notice period" are ALLOWED, and all deposits will be REFUNDED. Cancellations in the "24-hour notice period", will result in a 100% forfeit of the deposit. ​ No-Shows: Any no-shows on the day of the appointment will result in a 100% forfeit of the deposit.
